Murtle Lake
Reached by driving about 30km west from Blue River (just north of Wells Gray
Country, about 100km from Clearwater, along Highway 5) along the signposted
forest road: beware - this road is rough in parts!
The numbers shown by the campsites show the number of tent-pads available: the total for the entire lake is 69 sites. Note that the west arm tends to be busier than the north at peak times.
